Fender 1980's era Jazz bass in Black finish, tortoise pickguard, rosewood fretboard with dots & white binding, white tone control knobs, 4-Bolt neck, 'S85xxxx' serial number.  In very good but 'played' condition.  Has surface scratches, but nothing through to wood.  Frets are in very good shape. Bass Club Chicago has a vintage 1967 Hofner Beatle Bass up for grabs.  This bass is in good condition with finish checking on the top and back.  The electronics are definitely in need of some cleaning, they are a bit scratchy but all the switches and knobs work.  This bass comes with the original hardshell case.  The handle on the case is broken but it still comes with all the pieces and could easily be re-attached.  Overall this bass is in great condition and with a little bit of work it can be in top shape!  FREE SHIPPING!
This bass is a total player! The body is an original 1966 (Serial Number 171***) Candy Apple Red which was a custom color option from 1963 until around 1972. The neck is from 1969 & is stamped 5AUG69B, it also has the original finish & decal. Changes that have been made to the bass include an Alembic Pre-Amp that would usually street for around $800-$900, a replacement pickguard that looks pretty dead on, brass nut, bridge & knobs & replacement Hipshot tuners. This piece has so much MOJO & the tone is mind blowing! 9.3lbs of awesomeness. Be quick, this bass won't last long. FREE SHIPPING.
