Product Returns
All returned items are eligible for exchange only.
Item must be in absolutely new condition, complete with original documentation, packaging and invoice sent with product.
If items have been used or gigged, they
will not be considered for exchange.
Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from Bass Club
Chicago.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer returns will be assessed charges for shipping if the original order
qualified for free shipping..
Electronics (pickups, preamps, etc.) cannot be returned if wires have been cut,
soldered, or if there is ANY wear making the item not sell-able as
"new".
